I'm Chefdennis, with morethan 20 years experience sushi chef. Now making new concept in the middle city of Basel, Switzerland.

I love sushi began in 2014 in Markthalle. And now opening in our new location in Steinenvorstadt 79, 4051 Basel. We aim to be unique and fully motivated to present new menu options for our sushi concept e.g exploring design approach in sushi plating. Please come and try out our variety of Menus.
